yes it connects, but when I try to download books or update my library it says wifi not aviable but I can go online and go onto barnes and noble no problem it just wont let me download books at all.

I think this thing is a lemon, I turned it on today and now the update is gone, I tried re-installing it but when i do the hold the volume/power buttons down for three to five seconds ( it says to wait for two lines of white text then release) it starts to update then just boots up to the old screen plus it erased all my content, now what?
