Hi, Please make sure you have re-charged the kindle. Please try resetting another way: If you have a leather (or any other) cover on the kindle, please remove it. Please press/slide & hold the power switch on the kindle for one minute, then turn it back on and check. If needed, please recharge the kindle for about 5 minutes, and try the previous step again while it is charging. If it still does not work, how old is the kindle? Please let me know. Thank you.
it is only 6 weeks old , i paid someone $36 about 1 hour ago on just answer. do i loss that money aswell. plus another $60 here ?

yes it went thru kindle screen and moved from one screen to another. now its stopped and stays on most recent first screen , now its gone to kindle screen and i did not touch it.

no i cannot , i'm sorry . it's hand held no connection to computer. it's a kindle keyboard. i'm in bangkok. i brought this machine in western australia 6 weeks ago. if there is a store in bangkok i will go if you know the adress. its doing the same works ago then stop on a page. i dont mined paying aslong i get the job done. i thought i'd be with the other guy.
There is a USB cable that you can connect from the kindle to the computer. But sorry, you got a bad ereader. The symptom is a hardware issue, so it needs to be repaired/replaced. As the device is under warranty, Amazon will fix or replace it. ok i have the reader on its own no leds or connections. thanks $96 down the tube !! the machine only cost $200.
