Hello, I am Engineer John C., I will be your expert today.Do you have a computer with Windows 7 or Mac OS (which one?) that can currently connect to your internet via wireless? This would help to confirm your wireless network password. Please click the "Reply to expert" button below to let me know.Thank you.
I have windows version 6
There is no such thing as Windows 6. You probably have WIndows XP, Vista or Windows 7. Please click Start, then right click "Computer" and select Properties to find out the version. Also, what's your router brand and model? Thank you

Ok, please follow ALL the steps below from your computer already connected to the wireless network and you will see the password:1- Click here ---> 192.168.1.1 2- You will be prompted for a login - leave the username blank and enter "admin" without the quotes for the password. 3- Once logged in, click Wireless, then click Wireless Security in the submenu below it. (If the "Wireless Security" option is not there, then click "Basic Wireless Settings") 4- Your network key (passphrase) will be on the bottom of this page. If you see more than one password XXXXX with all of them.Thank youJohn C.Computer Science Engineer
when i click on the link I receive the login. I leave the username blank and type "admin" as password, nothing happens - it brings me back to the login.
