When I went to go to the next page my kindle froze now my kindle won't go on
Already Tried: when it just froze at first I turned it off but it took some time to go off and put it back on and it was fine for the next few pages and then it froze again. I tried recharging it and since then I have had a problem putting it on.
Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer.Your firmware may be glitched. Try resetting your Kindle by sliding and holding the power switch for 20 seconds. If you have the newest model, it has a push button. Press it and hold it for 20 seconds. Your Kindle operating system should reload within three minutes.
