I have an Apple Mac Computer , and am having trouble charging my Kindle . Not sure how to disconnect correctly , and does computer have to be on to recharge kindle battery ? You did not tell me what to do after the Kindle has finished charging . I know I have to shut something down but where do I fid this on my computer . last time I just unplugged it and it said I had not disconnected properly . Again please make it simple !!! Thank you.
