My kidle fire screen is stuck on landscape mode, no matter which way I turn it. What can I do?

1- Please press and hold the power button on the bottom of the device for 20 seconds.

2- After the 20 seconds, please release the power button

Make sure it isn't just locked.

Click the Settings icon (the gear icon at the top right). That opens the settings toolbar.

The far left icon will either say Lock or Unlock. If it says Unlock - click it. That will unlock rotation again.
