Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer.

Was it working before and suddenly won't? Also, what model is it?

Customer replied 452 days and 18 hours ago.

yes it was working good and when I went to turn it on this morning it wouldn't turn on....light gives one little flash and then nothing...ID #8912A-KOBON905.....just got it for Christmas

I believe that model has a tiny reset hole in the back. Insert a straightened paper clip or similar object into the hole. Let me know if this doesn't correct it. If it does, please remember to accept my answer.

Plug it into the charger for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes and while still plugged in, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. If this fails, let me know.

Customer replied 452 days and 18 hours ago.

ok will try that - the battery is charged though - just so you know....

That is correct....sometimes the control circuits stick. Not sure why, but this works on many occasions. Keep your fingers crossed.
