How do I delete apps from my kindle fire
Already Tried: Nothing! Can't find an answer
Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer. On the application screen, press and hold the application for around 5 seconds or so. A menu should pop up asking if you wish to delete it. Let me know if it does not.
I tapped Apps and pressed the apps I want to remove; which are: pulse, imdb, facebook and quickoffice (because I purchased the pro version). The only things that pops up is a menu that reads "Add to Favorites". It doesnt remove the app and I would like to have a bit more storage for future apps that I would need.
You can try APPS, then tap DEVICE, then tap and hold them. If no option to delete it pops up, you can't delete that particular application.Certain applications are factory installed on Kindle Fire and cannot be uninstalled. Hopefully they correct this with the update.

I guess that's the way it is. It's just too bad that they give us no choice and we are stuck with the nonsense they load arbitrarily.
Exactly. I'm a Fire owner as well. It can be irritating. That, plus it's impossible to keep things off of the carousel for now.
