Customer Question

A few items being : fresh ground sage, vanilla extract, fresh ground sage, blue berries, pineapple and then the dairy products, sour cream, cream cheese, and nuts. Then 2nd part of my question: Can a persons body produce this drug without cause ? If so, how is been proven ? by whom and when ?

Thank you for your question:

Why was this test done?

Was this test done with a dipstick or other type of "instant" test or was the test confirmed with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) at a laboratory?

Customer replied323 days and 11 hours ago.

to answer your questions;

1) Testing ordered by the judge

2) County has a Drug Treatment Court Lab operation where a total of 6 different drugs were checked. Urine collected. a) Benzodizaepine,

b) Cocaine, c) Creatinine, d) Opiates, e) THC,

f)Amphetamine. All negative except F. Notes: Contested results will be confirmed by GC,MS and/or LC/MS/MS at the donors expense.

I personally do not know what all the above drugs have in common except people get high from it and its illegal. I would think these drugs have the same substances in each of them why didn't I test positive on all 6 ?

Hope this has resolved your indoubts.. But I truly would like a straight answer . The judge thing is a money issue just to pay for the newXXXXXhouse.

Thank you for this additional information

There are two types of drug tests; screening (immunoassay) tests and confirmation (GC/MS) tests.

The immunoassay screening tests are inexpensive and very sensitive (unlikely to miss a positive), but not very specific. This means that you can get false positive tests from a number of common medications including decongestant, certain blood pressure medications.

The GC/MS tests require testing in a large lab with expensive equipment. These tests are VERY specific - think of them like a chemical fingerprint. These tests eliminate the issue with false positives.

At this point, the testing with GC/MS should clear you of any false positives. The only reason you would show positive for amphetamines would be use of amphetamines.

There is NO way for the body to manufacture amphetamine. Your screening results are just a false positive unless you used amphetamines.

thank you for your prompt attention. It appears that this test performed is just a way to collect dollars. I have not taken any prescription or over the counter drugs to cause this to read positive. In 2008 they failed me twice for the same test results which landed me in the county jail for several days. This time I plan to rebutt these charges and let them pay for the inaccurate test results.
