The opiate in Norco (oxycodone) will not show on a standard 5-panel drug test such as the DOT or federal employee drug testing program.

HOWEVER, many employers and legal testing programs do include the specific test for oxycodone in their extended panel testing program. Typically, the detection period is 3 days or less.

you have in your answer that norco is oxycodone i know that it is hydrocodone so your answer doesnt make sense

Excuse my previous typographic error. Norco does contain hydrocodone.

Like oxycodone, hydrocodone is not identified in the standard 5-panel test since they are both synthetic opiates.

It the test panel includes the specific test for hydrocodone, the test would be expected to be positive for 2-3 days. The detection period for oxycodone and hydrocodone are both approximately 3 days.
