before today 3 days ago....i dream of shattered glasses on the floor and i was back home in the Philippines and saw on my left side my ex-partner and with my question mark on my face.

Was it eye glasses or just broken water glass/cups on the floor? Was the question mark an expression you were giving him as to say what's up?
it was all broken pieces of glass not an eye glass, thank you

The glass can signify few different things. 1) cautioning you not to look too deeply into things because things can be transparent like glass 2) feelings are fragile and can become broken when one is not cautions- one may get hurt/cut oneself.
By you looking questionably at your ex, your psyche may have been confronting him about breaking your emotional life (heart) It could also symbolize that you're putting a distance b/w the two of you signified by the broken glass on the floor- meaning don't come near/don't cross the line.
