hello i am asking u a question again. i have been seeing my greandma in my deams almost every day. like last night i saw her in a restaurant we were celebrating some opening of a restaurant i dont have a restaurant, but it was just a celebration. but i need to know why i see her or my step dad all the time , more my greandma then him. it worries me. u asked me its my thoughts , i do think about her all the time

Let me ask you - is there any time coming up that has to do with important events? Are you possibly in the process of completing some sort of a project/major achievement/transition?
These dreams seem of positive nature and it appears that they are visiting you to check in on you. At least in the case of your grandmother's visitations, it is as though she is showing you that she approves of what you're doing/provides you encouragement.
since i have a severe anxiety i havenet achived much , just last month i got my driverce licence and i am 33, she really wanted this, n ow i really want to finish my education. u said that at least my greanmas visits r positive, u think my step dad is negative
No, I don't perceive your step dad as negative; it is just that when you describe your grandmother's interaction it's so supportive and loving. Their reason to show up this often in your dreams is only to provide support. It could be their way of encouraging you in times where you may feel lonely, confused or sad. Your emotions can draw them to you during your dreams. Have you practiced some lucid dreaming? It will allow you to know when you're dreaming and to recall more of your interacting/communicating that takes place.
You could let them know that you appreciate their support and reassure them that you're trying to do what is best for you. If there is a lot of pain that you're experiencing, loved ones who have crossed over can become drawn to the physical world (appear in dreams or meditation or as apparitions)
Upon waking up after these visitations, you may want to light the white candle because that is symbolic of you sending peaceful and positive energy to them as well.
If you're to practice the lucid dreaming techniques, you'd want to do it every night.

how ixactly is lucid dreama work. my greandma had 2 daughters my mom and my aunt, and non eof them see her in dreams only me and my greanpa. i think about her every day feel guilty because i complain to her aot about my anxiewty , and getting my licence was a big deal to all my family and as soon as i got i started crying because i said to myself she didnt see me making these small steps to improvement. and what u think about my step dad didnt see him in a long time didnt really had a good realtionship and see him in dreams? again lots of guilt
Lucid dreaming allows you to condition you mind to be in control of your dreams (to know when you're dreaming) Some individuals don't recall all of their dreams and your relatives may have not been chosen to be visited by those who've crossed over for whatever reason.
Try to work on the guilt. You've got family to be able to share what you're experiencing both good and bad. Your step dad may be drawn to you in the same way your grandmother is. You could be more perceptive and able to connect with them (some people are more psychic/sensitive) and he's watching over you as your beloved grandmother is. Even though you may feel that you're not accomplishing much, you're moving forward. Life is never stagnant and you're always in transition from one state of life to another.
Anxiety is highly treatable condition. Not sure if you're addressing it either with counseling or medication. There are also natural options to manage it such as Lemon Balm, Lady's Slipper, Valerian, I think I may have mentioned these and Magnesium to be taken at bed time.

It is your fear and anxiety that make it seem bad. It is how you perceive it. If you've not taken steps to manage the anxiety, look into some options in your area to do so. You can feel better and the anxiety does not have to take over your life.
