Hi JaCustomer,

My name is ***** ***** I’ve been involved professionally with dogs in the health and behavioral fields for over 18 years. It will be my pleasure to work with you today.

Dogs can certainly tell when a human has a medical issue. They even train dogs to help alert owners of impending seizures or low blood sugar. In additions, a dog's sense of smell is much more acute than ours and they can smell differences in our odor that can signal health issues. So it is very possible he knows that you are becoming ill. If there are preventive medications, you might discuss this with your doctor and see if you can use this as a way of preventing the illness. If there isn't, then at least you might be a little more prepared.
