Something stuck or struck his eye. I have antibiotic sauce but he's is obvious pain. This happen 3 hrs ago. He's 30-40 lbs. what can I give him?

You're necessarily constrained to aspirin dosed at 10 mg/lb with food at 12 hour intervals or acetaminophen dosed at 7 mg/lb thrice daily. You must avoid the toxic ibuprofen or naproxen. Most important, eyes should be attended to by your dog's vet at your earliest convenience if only because an injured eye can "go south" in a hurry. A thorough exam of the inside of your dog's eye with an ophthalmoscope is necessary to detect injury invisible to the naked eye. His cornea should be stained with fluoroscein and visualized under a UV (black) light to see if it's been damaged - lacerated or abraded.
