Customer Question

my dog threw up tonight and does not want to move. I tried to help her move and she stiffened up and cried. She is a siberian husky mix, almost 11 years old. This just started. She was fine this morning. thank you
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully it didn't make a mess. Did your dog eat anything unusual?
Customer: not that I know of. but it scares me that she won't move. She won't even lay her head down to rest.
JA: OK. The Veterinarian will know what to do. What is the dog's name?
Customer: Suka
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Suka?
Customer: not that I can think of

Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian and I would like to help you today.

What did her vomit look like?

Can she keep water down?

Are her gums pink or pale/white? Moist or sticky?

If you press on her belly, any discomfort, tenderness, or tensing?

Could she have eaten something she should not have (ie bones, toys, plants, chemicals, etc)?

Any diarrhea?
