Our little 11 year old Havanese dog is trotting around the

Customer Question

Our little 11 year old Havanese dog is trotting around the house non stop and panting since 9 last night. It's 5:45 now. She will not come to me and will not let me touch her like she always does. She has done this 3 other times i the last few months but it never lasts this long. What is wrong? What can I do for her?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. What seems to be the problem with the dog?
Customer: Just what I said
JA: Where does the dog seem to hurt?
Customer: I have no idea . Are you a real person?
JA: I'm an assistant to the Veterinarian. I work with them to help customers like you.
Customer: So any suggestions?
JA: Can you see anything that looks wrong or different?
Customer: No, just what I already wrote you
JA: OK. Nothing visually obvious. Is the dog eating normally?
Customer: We have not seen her eat or drink. She has peed on the carpet in 4 small places during the night. She does have pee pee accidents sometimes at night but always goes on the pee pee pads we leave out for her. Last night she was just going where ever.
JA: OK, abnormal eating. Strange behavior is often perplexing. I'm sure the Veterinarian can help you. What is the dog's name?
Customer: Lucie
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Lucie?
Customer: No, I think that's it
