I need to ask a few questions. Is Clark eating and drinking normally? Is he straining to have a bowel movment? Is he currently on any medications? Lets start there.

he is straining a lot. He strains to poop and pee. He's loosing weight and the last two days he quit eating . No meds.

So if he is not eating, then he will not be making much stool. My biggest concern is that he is straining to urinate. Even a dehydrated dog will urinate at least a couple of times a day, it will just be concentrated. I worry that he may have a urinary tract obstruction of infection that is causing an obstruction or significant pain. He needs to be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. unfortunately, there is not much you can do at home with this history.
