The peroxide was to try to make her vomit. But, if she ate it 5 hours ago making her vomit now will not help as the poison has already moved out of the stomach, I am sorry. Typically, we need to induce vomiting within 1-2 hours of ingestion. The active ingredient in d-con is an anticoagulant (causes bleeding), the antidote is Vitamin K1. Unfortunately, we are very limited as to what you can do at home at this point. I would recommend you take her to the nearest ER veterinarian so they can start her on Vitamin K1 injectable and give you a prescription to pick up oral vitamin K1 in your local pharmacy. In addition, she will be started on activated charcoal.
