Hello, JACustomer. I have been a Veterinary Nurse for over 15 years and would be happy to help you today. I'm reviewing your question right now.

It sounds like Abby may have a condition known as IVDD or intervertebral disk disease. These types of back issues can be progressive. Have you had any diagnostics performed on her since she's now unable to get up?

Is she on any medication aside from the pred?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
No Ned's beside pred. I am taking her in right now, any advice?
Expert:  PitRottMommy replied 4 months ago.

I would start by asking for x-rays of her neck and back to determine if there are any major changes from her last incident which left her unable to use her back legs.
