JA: I'm sorry to hear that. What sort of animal are we talking about?
Customer: A 10 year old adopted shitzu weights 10 pounds Bella is her name
JA: Maybe I'm confused. I thought you had a problem with a pet. Is that correct?
Customer: Yes I am talking about my pet dog
JA: Hopefully it didn't make a mess. Did the dog eat anything unusual?
Customer: No
JA: OK. The Veterinarian will know what to do. What is the dog's name?
Customer: Bella Marie
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Bella Marie?
Customer: no except she ate a plate of cesars with mix of dry food finally last night and early morning she again threw up and had diahreea
