She ate some glycerin soap and gobstoppers. She is 1/2 boxer and 1/2 Great Pyrenees She won't eat or drink. I tried to force her to drink with a syringe. Some went down. She threw up a very small amount ant it had bubbles like foamy. She threw up like 3 times

Customer: She was the runt of the liter. I gave her CPR, and brought her back to life. I bottl fed her. She is about 10 weeks old now.

Your dog should be okay, but you are likely to see some gastroentestinal issues for the next day or so - occasional vomiting and diarrhea. I recommend feeding small amounts of a "bland diet" such as white rice and boiled chicken or boiled hamburger (no seasonings, no salt, etc.) for the next 24-48 hours.
