earlier my dog had diahierra and now he is restless , breathing is very heavy. Could he have had a stroke?

I'm not sure what happened. I wonder if he had a heart condition or some type of abdominal bleed that progressed quickly. It doesn't sound like there was much time to be able to prevent this.
