Customer Question

My chia-Pom may have eaten several mini semi-sweet chocolate chips that topped a granola bar.(maybe 15 at the most).
The granola bar was made of oats - she may have eaten 3/4 of the bar.

Where did you go?
Expert:  Dr. Peter replied 15 days ago.

Okay, Karen, let's move quickly and try to induce vomiting with peroxide. We can finish our discussion later, I want to move fast. To induce vomiting with peroxide this is what you can do:

1- Give her 1/2 (half) teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide orally to induce vomiting.

2- Allow her to walk for a minute and move her belly to mix stomach content with peroxide. If she does not vomit within 5-10 minutes, repeat it again. Can give a total of 3 times 5-10 minutes apart.

3- Please let me know if she vomits, I will be here waiting for you for the next 20 minutes.
