My pom has not ate or drank anything in the last 36 hours in her body is constantly moving twitching and her head is bobbing up and down and she is constantly trying to lick the mattress on the bed or the couch cushions

Sherry, your pom is acting as if she has been intoxicated by a prescription or recreational drug - an amphetamine-like drug would be most likely. Alternatively, you're seeing complex partial seizure activity but that would be very unlikely to persist for 36 hours. Is an inappropriate ingestion possible? Whatever the cause, she needs to be sedated by her vet lest she exhaust herself and become hyperthermic from this excessive activity.
