7.5 mg of meloxicam is quite an overdose for a 14 lb dog. Please induce emesis with one measuring tablespoon (15 mL) of 3% hydrogen peroxide delivered with a small poultry baster placed between your Westie's cheek teeth and cheek. Your dog should vomit within 15 minutes. If not, please repeat the same dose. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
