Customer Question

our 5 year old Shihtzu was fine, went out in the grass, then we found her lying in the yard. She wouldn't walk and breathing became very shallow. She did eventually cough up a number of pieces of dog-food and began breathing better. She has been drinking a lot of water now, but is still reluctant to walk, but has stood and walked short distances. Could this all be from maybe choking?

Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry to hear that Sophie had this problem.

How long has it been now since this episode? Can you tell me what color her gums are just above her teeth? Anything she could have gotten into in the yard?
