i have a rednose pitt. She is 6yrs old. for past two days very lethargick... today she looks like if if she hasnt eaten in weeks., clingy skin looks super bony. dehydrated. please help me.

No food,not eating no diarrhea, won't drink water. She is attentive enough when I call her name she pk up head to look for me. Tried to five water, gave her photo bismal
