JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about bear?

Don't give it a second thought. It takes 50 mg/lb of ibuprofen to cause gastrointestinal ulceration in dogs. That would be equivalent to 4,250 mg of ibuprofen for Bear. He might experience transient GI distress but it wouldn't need treatment. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
