not spayed its been going on for about 4 months. I recently for about 3 weeks put organic apple cider a tbls in her drinking water no change

I'll follow up for Dr. Peter for you. It's very important to clarify from where that green slime is arising. A simple bacterial vaginitis might be treated with a systemic antibiotic but if your Pug's uterus is infected (open pyometra), it will need to be removed. Neoplasia (cancer) in either of those organs needs to be considered in a 12 year old as well. Please don't hesitate to have her vet scope your Pug's vagina and if nothing untoward is seen, X-ray or, preferably, ultrasound her genital tract. If an open pyometra closes (her cervix closes) pus can't continue to roll out of her uterus and she'll become toxic quickly.
