I am sorry to hear about your dog's Imodium ingestion however, this dose while high is not likely to be high enough to cause significant issues. Vomiting, depression, severe salivation and maybe constipation can be expected or she may not have any effects at all. I recommend monitoring her and if she is lethargic, vomiting or seems to be constipated over the next 24-18 hours taking her in to see her veterinarian or you local emergency clinic if your vet is not open.
