My 17 year old mini aussie boarder collie mix has a large growth on the side of his left elbow. At the begining of the summer it was about the size of a ping pong ball. Now it is the size of a tennis ball. It is sort of shiny and I can see small veins in it. it doesn't seem to hurt him. What is it?
