Hamsters can get infections or impactions in their cheek pouches and these can also cause a head tilt. The cheek pouch needs to be be cleaned out manually and this may require section or anesthesia if he will not allow it while awake. You should take him to see his veterinarian tomorrow (or at their soonest opening) to have him evaluated. He may need antibiotics but he at least needs the week pouch cleaned out.
