Customer, I'm afraid that neither of these medications are able (even used together) to euthanize a dog. Chances are that you won't do much more than make him very sleepy. It would be worthwhile to just contact your veterinarian to have this procedure performed. If you prefer to have it done at home, a mobile veterinarian may be available in your area.
