Hi this is Dr. Dani, I'm a small animal veterinarian and I'm happy to help with Jaxson. How long has he not been eating or drinking? Is there any vomiting or diarrhea? Did he get into anything new (new food, trash, etc)? Please give me any additional information you have and I'll be able to offer some suggestions.

As far as I know he hadn't had any changes. Took him to an emergence vet clinic and they gave him pain pills and steroids but he isn't any better. He took no X-rays. Driving to another emergency vet now.

I think since you're on your way and the symptoms are so unusual then you should continue heading there.

I'm sorry you didn't get a response in the time you needed. I know how stressful it can be with a sick dog. Please let me know if you have any additional questions - I hope the 2nd ER vet is able to get you some help.
