GG is 6 yrs old she has bee lathargic for 1 day and Her breath has been bad for 2 days.
She hasn't eaten today or last night. Any thing we can do? Plan on bringing her to Vets tomorrow.

I am concerned about the bad breath. Breath changes can sometimes be due to organ issues like kidney disease. Of course, breath issues can also be due to periodontal problems like a tooth rooth abscess. So, definitely, needs to get addressed sooner than later. With the poor appetite, you can try to address some stomach/nausea issues with over-the-counter Pepcid A.C. antacid.

Basic testing should likely include a blood AND urine test. Yes, urine as well. Urinary tract infections are notorious for causing a poor appetite and lethargy.
