If, indeed, she's febrile (can you take her rectal temperature...any body thermometer will do when placed 1.5" into her rectum for 1 minute...normal is 100.5-102.5F) and particularly if you're seeing a pusy discharge from her vagina, a post-parturient (after delivery) metritis (infected uterus) is likely and such an infection requires a systemic antibiotic preferably given intravenously and IV replacement fluids and electrolytes over the initial few days of therapy. Spaying isn't essential but should be considered if she doesn't respond to antibiotics satisfactorily. Her problems walking suggests sepsis (systemic infection) and so time is of the essence. Please have her attended to at your earliest convenience.

Thank you. "Problems walking" concerns me. Is she weak, ataxic ("drunken sailor"); are you seeing a change in posture? How old and which breed is she, please?

Her legs are shaking

Thank you. She's worrying me. She's weak and unable to produce milk. These aren't symptoms specifically indicative of any one particular disorder and so her vet will want to thoroughly examine her and perform a complete blood count (CBC), at least, to see if infection is brewing in your Chihuahua's uterus. Time is of the essence in these miniature dogs because they dehydrate and become electrolyte imbalanced quickly. Please have her attended to at your earliest convenience.
