This is Dr. KV. I'm here to help with your dog...poor guy sounds like he may have an anal gland abscess. Do you see a wound or open spot near his rectum? Or does the blood seem to be coming out when he is trying to defecate?

Seem to be seeping out. He is not throwing up

Ok, thank you. It sounds like this may be a ruptured anal gland abscess. Dogs have 2 small glands full of fluid near the rectum. They can occasionally get impacted, leading to a build up of the fluid, which then ruptures the sac. When this happens, most dogs need pain medications and antibiotics. Your vet will be able to check both glands and also make sure that the blood is not coming from a wound or some other issue in the rectum.
