Hello, as a licensed veterinarian I am happy to assist you! If you can provide a little more information that would be helpful. Where is she itching on her body? Where are the hotspots? Have you seen fleas on her? Is she on a monthly flea preventative, or just flea baths? Is she on any other medications? Does she have any other signs of illness such as vomiting, diarrhea, loose stool, poor appetite, or lethargy?

Once I receive this information from you I will give her case some thought and get back to you as quickly as I can. Thank you!
