Can you upload a photo(s) of these lumps to our conversation? You can use the paperclip icon in the toolbar above your message box (if you can see the icon) or you can use an external app such as dropbox.com/ I can be more accurate for you if I can see what you're seeing.

no i don't know how to do that. but his abdomen is also swollen.
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 5 months ago.

A swollen abdomen is even more worrisome. If it's effusive (full of fluid), a thorough physical exam including analysis of a small sample of that fluid needs to be performed. Effusions can represent right-sided heart failure, a lack of albumin (a small protein) produced by a failing liver, loss of albumin through failing kidneys or bowels, blood from a bleeding tumor of the spleen or liver, and inflammation associated with either infection or cancer inside his abdomen.

I'm pleased to hear that he'll be attended to soon. Fast him from midnight tonight so that any blood test results will be more accurate. Never restrict water, however. I'd be pleased to review any test results for you if you wish.
