My Maltese puppy weight 3.4 pounds ran in to the wall in our living room at 920 12 pm noon he we haven't look at him did checkup including the eyes . Everything was good . But has not eaten since . Drink yes . Been giving a smear of coconut oil every hour

Can you clarify "he we haven't look at him did checkup..." for me? Is "We had a vet look at him who did checkup..." correct? If so, your puppy may be painful although his physical exam was unremarkable. I would see how 1/2 of a baby/cardiac aspirin (40 mg total) dosed twice daily with food affects him. The aspirin is both antiinflammatory and analgesic and we must remember that pain is a powerful appetite suppressant.
