Their condition is improving but still very week....what can i give them tohelpwith the weekness

Friend, unfortunately in 10 week old puppies there is really not much that I can recommend for you to try over the counter. They should be seen by a veterinarian for supportive care of IV fluids, etc. In addition, they need to be tested to rule out things like Parvo, intestinal parasites (coccidia, etc.). So, treatment will be based on exam and test results. If they are vomiting and having diarrhea it will be difficult to maintain them giving things orally, they need to get fluids IV to bypass the stomach. I am going to opt out and allow other experts to comment, I don't think I would be of much help in this case without a hands on examination. I am sorry. Highly recommend taking them to family veterinarian.
