If I breed to a full blooded male but a stray get to her afterwards will it affect the puppies during pregnancy

Hello, Thank you for your question. If your female breeds with a pure bred dog, and then with a stray, she may have puppies by both fathers. Female dogs in heat release eggs during their heat, and if they breed with more than one male dog, the puppies in one litter may be half pure bred (by the pure bred male) and half mixed breeds (by the stray dog male). Being bred a second time by the stray will not hurt any puppies already fathered by the pure bred; it just may be that there may then be more puppies, by the second father.
