Skin tags (fibrovascular papillomas) are benign growths of fibrovascular origin that may be a hyperplastic skin response to repetitive trauma. Observatin without treatment is reasonable because these lesions are benign. Surgical excision, laser ablation, or cryosurgery is curative for cosmetically unacceptable lesions. Please upload close-up photos of any "skin tags" you're concerned about to our conversation. You can use the paperclip icon in the toolbar above your message box (if you can see the icon) or you can use an external app such as dropbox.com/ I'd be happy to take a look at them for you.
