Welcome to Justanswer! I am Dr. Altman and happy to assist you both today!I am sorry to hear your little one has a slightly hard stomachThings to do:- Get her moving, even laps around the house with her size will encourage gi motility and stomach emptying- Massage her belly with her chest up higher in order to help her relieve any gas in her stomach and pat to see if that releases any gas- Pepcid (famotidine) 0.25 mg/pound every 12 hours to help reduce stomach acids which can add to the bloatingHopefully this will allow her to feel a little more comfortable tonight but walking is the key to emptying of the stomach, reducing gas buildup and any abdominal crampingPlease let me know how else I can assist you both tonight, I hope she is feeling better soon!
