I am sorry to hear you are worried about Ameber's eyes. My name is Rebecca. I am a veterinarian and will do my best to help.
Tear staining in white dogs is a common problem. It is not serious, just cosmetic. You can try the product called Angel eyes, or an over the counter eye medication called Terramycin if you want to try to clear it up. The other thing that works is taking tetracycline or doxycycline, but these are by presecription.
Any of these has to be given forever. When you stop using them, the tear staining returns. Let me know what else I can answer or help with.
You can get Angel Eyes on the Internet, no prescription needed. It is a supplement they take by mouth. terramycin can be found in pet stores and online in most states without a prescription ( except California)
Terramycin is applied to the eyes, it is an ointment.
