Yes, there are toxic properties in philodendron. They contain insoluble oxalates which can cause significant oral irritation and potentially vomiting.
They do not cause systemic effects.
Milk products can bind the oxalates and reduce the irritation. I recommend giving some milk, ice cream or yogurt to coat her mouth and throat.
Do not offer too much or the excess dairy can also cause GI upset. For a mid-sized dog like her, I would aim for about 1/2 cup.
