That size tablet is a larger doseage than a dog of 35lbs would receive. It is also a different ratio of amoxicillin:clavulanic acid than we use in dogs. In pets, we give a 4:1 ratio, what you are describing is a 7:1 ratio.

If I were going to give this to a dog her size, I would give 1/4th of a pill twice daily. A whole pill may give her diarrhea, or cause vomiting.
