We have a bichon poodle puppy and the pup is in awful pain and scratching ears. We are out of town returning tomorrow. Is there anything we can do to help relieve itch till we get to vet in morning?

I would not recommend any over the counter pain medications for a puppy. That includes not giving tylenol, ibuprofen, aspirin, or aleve.

One thing to try would be giving some benadryl antihistamine for its sedative effect.

If around 8-15 pounds, you could simply give a 1/2 tablet of a 25mg benadryl.
