My dachshund was attacked by a big dog last night only found one puncture wounds but she is acting very sore and will not eat should I bring her in and are you open tomorrow

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. The finding of just one puncture wound can be misleading. The jaws of a big dog can cause extensive crushing injury which is likely to be why Baby is acting very sore. It would be prudent to have a vet administer both a systemic antibiotic in order to prevent a bite wound abscess from developing and an analgesic narcotic such as tramadol. Very few regular vets will be open on New Years Day. Please google the keywords "veterinary, emergency, (your area)" to find a veterinary ER near you.
