Our chocolate lab has a large bump on her head, we 't know

Customer Question

our brown chocolate lab has a large bump on her head, we don't know how it got but both of her eyes are blood shot and it seems to hurt her. We can't afford to take her to a vet right now but I'm concerned. I might be able to send you a picture of her/it.

I would very much like to see a photo(s). You can upload photos using the paperclip icon in the toolbar above your message box (if that icon is visible) or you can use an external app such as dropbox.com. I can be more accurate for you if I can see what you're seeing. How old is your Lab, please? Is there any history of trauma?

I CAN'T AFFORD A CALL!!!!!!
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 11 months ago.

There's no need to make a call which I can't do anyway. My state board of veterinary examiners doesn't allow my speaking with customers by phone in this venue. I answered you in your second post. Have***@******.*** merge this question with your second one so you won't be charged twice.
